The story of MSFPS doesn't begin with Monish Shah — it begins with his father, Shri Yogesh Babulal Shah, a man whose unwavering commitment to ethical financial advisory laid the foundation for everything MSFPS stands for today.
In 1990, at the age of 25, Yogesh Shah embarked on his journey as an LIC Advisor. What started as a self-employed venture would go on to become a 13-year legacy of trust, excellence, and service that touched over 250 families.

For 13 remarkable years, Yogesh Shah was not just an advisor — he was the advisor people turned to. His name consistently appeared in the top advisor lists at branch, divisional, and zonal levels.

Yogesh Shah believed in mastery over mediocrity. In an industry where many chase multiple products and quick commissions, he chose a different path — he restricted himself to LIC alone, determined to be the master of one rather than a jack of all trades.

In 2003, Yogesh Shah stepped away from insurance advisory to explore other business ventures. But the call of service was too strong.

In 2011, he returned to his first love — life insurance — this time working alongside his son Monish. Father and son, united by shared values and a common vision, served families together.

Today, MSFPS stands as a living tribute to Yogesh Shah’s values. Every client interaction, every ethical decision, every commitment to excellence carries forward his spirit.

The seeds he planted in 1990 have grown into a practice serving 800+ families across India. The first MDRT of Branch 89E has inspired a 7x MDRT with Court of Table recognition. The man who believed in quality over quantity now has a son who carries that philosophy into every relationship.
